How to get there? 

At 140 kilometres from the east side of Havana and 30 kilometres from Matanzas province, you may go to Havana.  The Juan Gualberto Gómez International airport, recently widened and refurbished is at 20 km from Varadero and receives national and international flights, regulars and charters.
